Parking Pass Process


  1. Application
Student must bring a completed Student Parking Application with all information and signatures. Applications must be printed. Digital copies will not be accepted. 

2. Vehicle Registration
Student must show a valid vehicle registration for the vehicle listed on their application. Expired registrations will not be approved.  

3. Driver License
Student must show their driver license. Students with a learner's license will not be approved for a parking permit until they can show a valid driver license.  

4. SchooPay Receipt
Student must show a screenshot or copy of their SchoolPay receipt. Student parking is $60 for the full year (permits are discounted to $30 after winter break). No cash or checks will be accepted.

Permits will be available for pickup before the first day of school in room 14-101 on the following dates: 


Permits will be available for pickup after the first day of school in room 14-101 during lunch or after school.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I purchase a parking permit if I have a learners license? 
No. You must have a valid driver license to purchase a student parking permit.
Can I have the same parking spot that I had last year? 
Spots are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. When you turn in your application, you can pick from any available spot. 
Can I move my Student Parking Permit between multiple vehicles?
No. Parking Permits are stickers. Stickers must me adhered to the vehicle on the Student Parking Application. If you register two vehicles, you must also purchase a $10 duplicate pass to receive a second sticker for the second vehicle. 
Can I email my completed Student Parking Application? 
No. All parking applications must be on paper. Blank copies will be available for pick-up in room 14-101. 
Where on my vehicle do I put my Student Parking Permit? 
Student Parking Permits must be displayed on the inside of the windshield on the driver's side bottom corner.  
Will I receive a refund if I lose my student parking privilege? 
No. There will be no refunds on Student Parking Permits for any reason. 
Can I get in trouble for things that are in my vehicle while I'm parked on campus? 
Yes. School officials have the right to search any vehicle on OCPS property.
