Welcome Back to the Spring Semester!

Dear Families and Community Members,

As we open our doors for the start of the Spring semester, I am filled with a sense of renewed energy and purpose. It is a joy to see our halls buzzing with the voices of our students once again, ready to embark on the next chapter of this academic year.

The Fall semester was a testament to the hard work and dedication of our students, Staffulty, and families. From academic milestones to community-building events, we have established a strong foundation of excellence. This Spring, we have a unique opportunity to build upon those successes. We aren't just starting over; we are scaling new heights, refining our goals, and pushing the boundaries of what we can achieve together.

The Spring semester is always one of our busiest and most rewarding seasons. There is so much to look forward to:

  • Academic Excellence: Our students in Advanced Studies are entering a critical phase of preparation for their upcoming exams. We are committed to providing the resources and support they need to excel.

  • Assessment Milestones: Following Spring Break, we will begin our Spring testing window. These assessments are vital opportunities for our students to showcase their growth and mastery of the curriculum.

  • The Arts and Athletics: Our campus will be alive with the sound of music and the cheers of the crowd. We look forward to a full calendar of performing arts productions and the high-energy excitement of Spring sports.

  • Celebrating Our Seniors: For the Class of 2026, this semester is a celebration of years of hard work. We are planning a variety of Senior events designed to honor their achievements and prepare them for the bright futures that await them.

Our success as a school is rooted in the strength of our community. I encourage you to stay engaged, attend our events, and continue the open dialogue that makes our school a special place to learn and grow.

Thank you for your continued partnership and for entrusting us with your children’s education. Let’s make this Spring semester our best one yet!

Warm regards,

Mr. Tom Ott, Principal, University High School
