Practical Nursing (UHS) Application
Dear Students,

Thank you for your interest in the Practical Nursing Program at University High School.  Please review the video below with your parent/guardian.  To be eligible to apply, you must be a rising 9th grader attending University High School in the 24-25 school year. 

If you are interested in applying, please answer the questions below.  Applications are due by May 31, 2024. Space is limited and you and your parent will receive an email about the status of your application by August 2nd, 2024.

There will be a mandatory orientation for this program. Students must attend and parents are invited to attend.  There will be a virtual option for the orientation if you are traveling or are not able to come to campus.

Mandatory Orientation Options for Students/Parents (you will be required to attend only one orientation):
Tuesday 8/6/24, 6:30pm-7:30pm (including virtual option)
Thursday 8/8/24 8:30am-9:30am (face to face)
